We guarantee our patients an aesthetic, functional, and durable restoration of lost tooth tissues. We treat permanent teeth under magnification, utilizing modern methods and materials for filling cavities.
Sometimes, despite proper tooth brushing and oral hygiene care, cariogenic bacteria prevail.
Cavities form in the teeth. To prevent further damage to the enamel and dentin structure, mechanical removal of the decay is necessary.
The area where the decay was is filled with composite resin by the dentist, commonly referred to by patients as “placing a filling”. The dentist matches the color of the filling and restores the proper shape of the tooth, ensuring it makes appropriate contact with neighboring and opposing teeth. A tooth that has been restored in this way functions properly in the bite.
We conduct dental treatment using dental loupes or a microscope for magnification. This allows the dentist to very precisely remove the diseased tooth tissue without affecting healthy tissue. Dental treatment under magnification enables achieving better aesthetic and functional results for the tooth, and we understand how important this is for our patients.

Dental treatment is painless
Treatment of tooth decay is carried out under strong local anesthesia, which effectively eliminates pain. Anesthesia ensures painlessness during the procedure of treating tooth decay; it is effective and safe for pregnant women, children, and patients with heart conditions.
The anesthetic is administered locally in the form of an injection. It acts quickly, and within a few minutes after application, the patient does not feel pain during dental treatment, making a visit to the dentist a pleasant memory.
How to Recognize Tooth Decay
Any changes in the appearance of teeth, as well as their sensitivity, should grab our attention. Enamel attacked by bacteria becomes porous, and the first symptom of tooth decay appears on its surface: a white, matte spot that darkens over time due to food pigments. At this stage, the process can be stopped, and treatment does not require drilling. It is important to visit a dentist at this point, who can perform fluoridation and address the issue.
However, if we do not notice this stage of tooth decay, acids will continue to harm the enamel. More bacteria will penetrate inside the tooth, quickly destroying the dentin. This is how a cavity is formed, referred to by dentists as a carious lesion. At this stage, treatment and filling of the tooth are necessary.
If we delay visiting the dentist, bacteria will penetrate deep into the tooth until they approach the pulp. At this stage, there is no doubt that something serious is happening. The tooth hurts, it is sensitive to temperature changes. Tooth decay penetrates the pulp, and the disease process cannot be stopped. Removal of the pulp, commonly known as root canal treatment, is necessary.
Valued by our patients, we have a system of reminders for check-up appointments where we assess the condition of the teeth, prevent the development of tooth decay, or treat it in its early stages of development.
