Appointment Reminder System
An additional enhancement highly valued by our Patients is the appointment reminder system.
Two days before the scheduled appointment, our receptionists send a text message (SMS) to the patient requesting confirmation of the appointment. If there is no response on the same day, the receptionist attempts to confirm the appointment through a phone call.
It is important that after confirming the appointment, if your plans change and you will not be able to attend the appointment, please inform us. In the case of early cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment, we have the opportunity to schedule another patient awaiting treatment. It will also help us plan the next appointment.
